In-stock and back-order items

Both in-stock and back-order items will ship 2-4 days after purchase.  Due to the nature of our on-demand manufacturing model, we keep our yarns in-stock and unknitted.  It only takes a day to knit up your special order then another day or two to prepare it and ship it out to you.

Once an order has shipped and is charged, you will receive an email from us with your order details and USPS tracking info.  If you have any questions about the delivery time, please send a note to shipping@eddysbrand.com.

You will not be charged until your order ships.  If there are any issues with your order you will be notified immediately via email.  If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, you will not be charged and you will receive a cancellation notice via email.

return policy

Yes, we accept returns!

We will accept returns of eddys brand sets which are unworn within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  You can log-in to your account or send us a note to shipping@eddysbrand.com.

We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to send your purchase back.  If you don’t have a printer, we can mail you the label instead.

Your items must be mailed back within 7 days of receiving the prepaid label.

Once your items are received back, we will issue a refund and notify you via email.  Please allow at least a week for transit time and credit card processing time to see the funds back on your original form of payment.

What if it’s been more than 30 days or it’s been worn but still in good condition?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Please send a note to shipping@eddysbrand.com, and we can review on a case-by-case basis.  We’re committed to zero-waste, we don’t want you getting stuck with unwanted stuff!
